They wouldn’t approve a wellness claim because the receipt also included a toy I bought my dog. I was not asking them to pay for the $3 toy in fact the visit summary showed exactly what the itemized vaccines were.

"I have had great experiences with Pets Best. Through HGE, emergency visits and stays, cancer, allergies and more- once I met my deductible it paid what my policy states. Cancelled home insurance for no reason....
They cancelled my home owners insurance and when I called to ask for a reason the agent said she was not sure why but it was a final decision lol. I said OK I will move both my vehicle and home insurance and she said ok no problem.
