Screwed up a good thing
Extremely dissapointed in Figo. I have been a customer for 3 years and have enjoyed great service. However I recently received a renewal and my premium has increased and my coverages habe decreased. I had a 200.00 ded/ 90% reimbursement/ and a15,000 yearly max. Now I have a 250 ded/80% reimbursement/ and a 10k annual benefit. I'm certainly not up for paying more for less.

Very Pleased with Pet Insurance Coverage from Nationwide
I'm on the 2nd year of coverage with Nationwide for my 2 labs and I've had to file 3 claims. It was easy to submit claims online and payment was received within 1 week's time. No hassels. No issues. Very much appreciated.

We love Healthy Paws Pet Insurance
We have been so happy with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. Our eight year old dog needed to have back surgery to repair a couple of bulging discs which caused weakness in his back legs. If we did not have pet insurance the surgery would not have been possible for our family. Our dog is doing wonderful and back to himself. Healthy Paws covered exactly what they defined in our insurance agreement for our dog. We were pleased with the ease of submitting documentation and the prompt decisions made on our claims. We would 100% recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance.

Go with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance, they are the best!
Our just one year old puppy Sparky became severely sick and ended up having meningitis. It was super scary and very expensive. He spent three nights in the neurology hospital which you can only imagine how pricey that was! This was all during the stressful time of covid with not much income coming in. Healthy Paws saved the day. They covered so much of our bill and were so fast and efficient. They were also very kind and concerned about Sparky. I recommend this company one hundred percent!

Peace of mind for puppy parents
I debated whether or not to get pet insurance and decided that if anything awful was to happen, I didnt want to worry about being able to afford a vet visit. As first time dog owners, my girlfriend and I have benefited from being able to put our dogs health first. I looked at multiple different insurance companies, and ASPCA gave me the best combination of options/price for coverage. Submitting the claims online is as easy as uploading a picture of the invoice, and the explanation of benefits and direct deposit reimbursement were clear and easy. I know that sounds like a paid ad, but my dog had to have xrays because she ate rocks (we didnt know that prior to the xrays), she broke her tail wagging it on a metal fence (2 vertebrae amputation followed by 6 weeks of bandage changes), and if we can get her to 1 year old without eating a whole sock I will be thrilled. I have used the insurance and it allowed me to tell my girlfriend to take our dog to the vet, when I was out of town, jst because she felt she was acting strange. I have spent more money on this dog;s medical care this year than I have on my own, but the insurance has helped cover that.
