Useless
Virtually nothing is covered anymore. They keep insisting that my dog has a Pre-existing condition although he sent them a letter disputing this- 2 years ago. Probably going to search for another company. Claims now take forever to process. This was a great company 3 years ago.

INITIALLY, I WAS DOUBTFUL BUYING THIS INS FOR MY 2 DOGS,GEORGIE & SHEA. LAST TIME I SIGNED UP FOR PET INS WITH ANOTHER INS.COMPANY I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH. I'M VERY HAPPY TO SAY THAT PETBEST IS A QUALITY PET INS. COMPANY IN MANY WAYS.I'M ALWAYS SURE I'LL GET PAID CORRECTLY. NEVER A DOUBT. IF I QUESTION THEM AS TO A FEE OR A DEDUCTION I'M ALWAYS THE ONE THAT'S INCORRECT.
