Amazing service and people!

After doing my research, I chose Healthy Paws 6 months ago for my 10 months old labrador and this company is beyond any expectations! You become the part of their pet loving family who is so passionate about the work they are doing. It is so rare to meet such a level of customer care and attention these days. My puppy lab has been through several treatments including an emergency accident, and thanks to Health Paws, I could afford to provide her all necessary medical care to keep her healthy. The claim service is working around the clock, it is unbelievable - after submitting my claim over an email on Saturday morning, I got a reply about my reimbursement just a couple of hours later. Very simple and fast. They are really the best in the market!

Good Reimbursements . . . but a Little Slow

We were very pleased with the amount that Embrace reimbursed us for the eye infection that our dog had. He actually had to have two separate treatments and Embrace handled both of them without question or issue. My only suggestion for improvement is that it took longer than Embrace indicated it would take for the claim to be resolved and payment made to us. However, in defense of Embrace I believe (but am not certain) that they may have been in the process of changing their claims management system at around the time of our two claims. Overall, we are very satisfied Embrace policyholders. You never know what ailment your dog may get. It's nice to know that Embrace is there as a backstop for us. And the customer service representatives with whom we interact are always exceptionally courteous and professional.

excellent communication and coverage

I have been very happy with the communication and overall coverage. I think it is the best around as I have done much research before purchasing this insurance 4 years ago. Sometimes it doesn't cover quite as much as I would like but I knew this before purchasing and they are true to their word. I have good peace of mind, knowing that I have apartner is taking care of my pet's health care costs.

Excellent coverage

My dog Kibo (chocolate lab) who will soon be 2 years old has kidney disease. Embrace's preventive coverage includes his prescription diet food which has been very helpful. The time it took to process the claim is reasonable.

I continue to be amazed!

The first time or two I submitted a claim I was amazed at the speed the claim was processed and how fast I received my check! I remember driving home from my vet, and even before I got home I had received an email that the claim had been received and was being processed. I thought, this can't be the way it always is. It was just great timing. Two days ago I had to take my St. Bernard Gus in for an allergy panel of blood work because his ear infection won't go away. It cost me $557.90. I am self-employed and it could not have hit at a worse time, but I knew we needed to find out what was going on. The next day I received a notice the claim had been received and within hours a notice had been sent that the claim had been processed and a check in the amount of $486.81 was on its way! I could not believe it! I am so grateful I made the decision to go with Healthy Paws! I have never made a better decision in my life. Every chance I get I let people know about the company. Whenever I see my vet I show her my claims and how fast they are processed! She too has become a fan and let's everyone she cares for know about the company!

At this point I am completely satisfied w/Embrace

I have been a customer of Embrace for two years and during that time I had the unfortunate occasion to need to take my Lab into the vet for 2 emergency visit. After the visits I was surprised to find that submitting my claim form to Embrace was fast, easy and the response from the claims dept. Was a totally positive experience. Embrace is the only Pet Insurance company that I have ever used but I can't imagine any other company being more accommodating. From the beginning you knew exactly what you were entitled to and that is exactly what you got from Embrace.

I made the right choice with Healthy Paws!

Despite giving heartworm preventative all year following a negative test, our dog Buddy tested positive for the disease. From the very first call to check on his coverage, the staff at Healthy Paws were exceptional on a personal and professional level. The claim was handled quickly and efficiently and payment was made at 90% with the $50 deductible in less than 10 days after submission. I really appreciated the staff at Healthy Paws contacting me several times to check on Buddy during his recovery! I highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone who wants the best for their pet!!

Extremely satisfied

My golden retriever had moist dematitis (hot spot) and otitis (ear infection)at the same time when we were away from home. I love that Embrace coverage applies to any vet. Although the reimbursement was a little slower than in the past, I was kept informed by e-mail so this was not a surprise. I appreciate a company like Embrace that is honest and communicates when there is any delay in processing claims. I received my check & even received a follow-up email to make sure I had received it. I love Embrace & highly recommend it. There is such piece of mind knowing that no matter where we go our dog is covered.

QUICK & RESPONSIVE!

Even though all of my claims did not get paid, the response time was incredible. I faxed my claims in about 6pm one evening, and by 11am the next day, I had email alerts telling me the claims were being processed---by 2pm--my claims were processed--and within days, money was in my account. Again, not all of my claims were paid--but the quick response is truly a thing of beauty! Thank you, Pets Best!!!
