Great agent, unfortunate policy changes
Our agent, Todd Johnson, did an excellent job outlining the current pan for our second dog and following up to finalize the plan. What I'm not happy about is that in the year since we insured our first puppy, the benefits are not as good. That's disappointing.

Pets Best Ins is Amazing
My little min pin Lily has had a variety of health issues and takes a few medications. Pets Best Ins has been amazing in processing her claims and refunding me my portion in a timely manner. They provide email updates if there are any delays and notify me if any additional information is needed. They are always friendly, compassionate, and helpful over the phone. Having this insurance has saved Lily's life and provided us the ability to get her the help she needs. Thank you
Great Company/New issues with Pre Existing Condition
I have been a customer of Embrace for several years with great respect for this company and their caring for your needs and the needs of your pet. I had a dog that became very ill and needed emergency services. This company went above and beyond at 2 am to help resolve funding issues with the hospital to resolve my issue and saved the life of my dog. That friend passed away. We have adopted a 1 year old Shit Zu. He is a patient/customer of Embrace. This breed is well known to have periodic issues with skin issues and he had one minor issue of a skin infection from when he was housed in the shelter. The claims review has now disqualified any future claims that relate to a skin issue as a pre existing condition. I do not believe this is fair for me as a long time customer. I have given this companys information to dozens of people at the vets office, dog parks and other casual conversations. I fear this quality experience from issues in the past will now be in doubt if this bad customer service decision continues and I hope this isnt what the future looks with ongoing claims.

I haven't actually used the plan but calling to get information and set up both my dogs was fast, informative and efficient. The operator was very kind and I feel a lot better knowing I've finally signed them up and have them covered :)

This pet insurance is AWFUL!
This pet insurance is a complete RIP off, two dogs and paying over $120 a month for even the premium care and all of that, just to get back $25 on over $600 of a bill. WHAT A SLAP IN THE FACE. They DO NOT give you anything written that shows HOW they came up with that, and try to mess with you and never call you back when promise. Also, had to follow up 17 times in two weeks JUST to get an answer. They automatically send INCORRECT information out. STAY FAR AND CLEAR from this insurance that steals money!
