Frustrating claim
Had 2 claims on one slip. I called ahead to make sure what to do. She said they would cover the UTI but not the spay which I knew an said that they will contact the vet if they had any questions but of course they didn’t an the claim was denied because they couldn’t specify which treatment on the invoice was for which. So I had to print a form bring to Vet an ask vet to call Trupanion. Still haven’t heard anything on the claim.

Christmas saved.
We have a Boston terrier and his eyes are very big, he has had many issues because of this such as reoccurring ulcers. This time a ulcer developed worse than before and we continued to treat it same as the others. Thankful for pet insurance like Trupanion cause this could have been very costly. Meanwhile we ended back to the vet as the ulcer wasn’t getting any better and his eye ended up rupturing right there at the vet clinic. They took him in right away and he had to have his eye removed. They kept him for a day and half. If it wasn’t for Trupanion coverage we could have had a large expense before Christmas on our hands but they covered most of it! So thankful, and I highly recommend Trupanion it has saved our Christmas.
