I discovered that my pet insurance coverage was with PetPlan (since my dog Gigi was 8 weeks old) when I truly thought that I was insured with Trupanion. I was very disappointed and disheartened to realize that this mistake was made by me and that my sweet girl wasn't insured the way that I intended. Candis was very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. She answered all my questions and was very professional! She discussed my options and I was able to select a plan for Gigi who is now 3 years old. Much thanks from, Wanda & Gigi

Trupanion comes through again!
While I may not remember exactly what is covered all the time, Trupanion makes the process very easy. I submitted the claim using the mobile app and receive an email confirming that Trupanion has received it. The turnaround time on coverage of claim is pretty remarkable. I want to say it's 24-48 hours. I then received a more detailed email showing coverage costs and well wishes for my fur baby. I received the check within a week. We had a hiccup when trying to set up direct deposit but I'm pretty sure that was on our end. We will try it again. My experience with Trupanion has been a really good one.
