Trupanion comes through again!
While I may not remember exactly what is covered all the time, Trupanion makes the process very easy. I submitted the claim using the mobile app and receive an email confirming that Trupanion has received it. The turnaround time on coverage of claim is pretty remarkable. I want to say it's 24-48 hours. I then received a more detailed email showing coverage costs and well wishes for my fur baby. I received the check within a week. We had a hiccup when trying to set up direct deposit but I'm pretty sure that was on our end. We will try it again. My experience with Trupanion has been a really good one.

You denied coverage for two separate medical issues based on a pre-existing condition from the age of 8 was. I am paying significant monthly premiums and getting nothing back for our pets medical issues. We are appealing the denials.

You don’t raise my cost hugely each year, and you are so easy and quick about responding to claims. I have talked a number of people into switching to you from other insurances.

We love Trupanion
I'm always amazed at how simple and hassle-free it is to submit a claim and receive payment. If only human health insurance were more like Trupanion!
