We love Pets Best insurance
We have been very happy with Pets Best insurance. I think they have good coverage and the refunds are given quickly. I also love the 24hr vet chat if I need to ask a question.

90% Reimbursement is a Sham !!
My total bill for Ashley’s Vet Visit was 984.47 - I paid 500.00 deductible leaving 484.47 and I was reimbursed 82.85. Now this just doesn’t sit well with me. I was under the impression 90% reimbursement means I should receive 436.02. Was shocked when was told that they only pay what they feel is the appropriate charge for services provided. So think twice about using this insurance. I know I’m looking elsewhere.

Reliable and good customer service
So far (2+yrs) Embrace has compensated every claim I have submitted. I have not had pet insurance before so I can’t say if other are better but for what I pay I get my moneys worth and the peace of mind knowing I won’t go broke if I take my cats to the vet for an emergency is great.

Super fast turn around time!
