In the midst of dealing with a sick and very cherished pet, spot pet insurance was the easiest part of the situation. Filing a claim was easy and in 10 days had my reimbursement in my account. No phone calls, emails and fighting back and forth like I had with former pet insurance company. I am so grateful for how easy this was and how quickly the turn around time was.

Embrace not paying claims. Their portal has been down since May…
Their portal has been down since May and you can't make a claim. I spoke to customer service and emailed them my claims with documentstion at tchandler@ embracepetinsurancecom which they confirmed they received. Since then they've emailed me rejecting my claims because of no supposed documentation. I have 5 claims they haven't paid at this time.

Easy to enroll but unsuccessful entering vaccines
Was pretty easy to enroll. The choices were harder. One issue, I take a picture of his current shots and vaccines, and it asks me to type them in. The choices they offer once I type in what his vaccines were, they weren't an offer and didn't recognize anything I put in. So... Im at a loss. If you can help me great 👍
