Rachel Dillard is simply the best! It was my first series of claims I was wanting to file and she was so very patient and professional in explaining everything I needed to do. One of the most pleasant customer service personnel that I have every dealt with. Fetch is very lucky to have Rachel as an employee.

I have yet to make a claim. In under 2 years my monthly payment increased by 52%. My fault I didn't read the fine print. I was led to believe when I signed up, that my monthly payment wouldn't increase. This was great, as that was all I could afford. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and kind when I signed up. And after going through what I could find on price increases and costs in Saskatchewan, a 52% increase seems very steep. Saskatchewan has the best veterinarian schools in North America. I obviously missed some emails, which I did find in my junk emails. I would like proof of the increased costs that lead to my 52% increase.

I wish I could remember the lady’s name that helped us over the phone. She was extremely patient and personal in her remarks. Wish we could hire her away! In the south we would say, she was just as sweet as she could be! (and now I said it!) Ms. Stevens welcomed me and listened attentively to the reasons for my phone call. She responded specifically to my questions and offered helpful suggestions and recommendations. Ms. Stevens provided me with her Fetch contact # for future reference and follow-up. Carla's service and customer support are first-rate and outstanding!

Metlife Pet Insurance committed fraud…
Metlife Pet Insurance committed fraud by not reimbursing my wife any of the vet costs she incurred last summer for her pet rabbit. We complained to the BBB and some government regulatory agencies, but Metlife refused to budge. They owe my wife around $275 for vet costs. I definitely don't recommend Metlife Pet Insurance to anyone else.
