The person I spoke with was great-Rebecca, in Texas. I came here angry and frustrated with my current insurance plan hikes. She listened to my angst but helped me figure out a plan that works. I switched insurance because she listened.

Good experience signing up for pet insurance
The experience of signing up (with Rebecca!) was absolutely 5 stars....actually 6 stars! She helped me make good health and financial decisions about Lottie's coverage and was transparent about those decisions. She's honest and helpful and patient. I've been meaning to get pet coverage for 2 months and feel good that I finally did it - thanks in large part to Rebecca. That happened today so I have no input yet about Prudent Pet except that they hire good people.

Can't get them to pay for a claim
I hane been waiting since January and the first said they could not pur it in my account so they would mail it. Although I hsve called 3 times and talked to manager no money. 3 months and they keep saying it was resent manager said it had not. I am canceling.

This company penalizes loyal customers
This company penalizes loyal customers. Do not insure with them. After 10 years with them they jacked up my rates from 100 a month to over 200 a month because I have been with the company for this long. Not a trustworthy business.
