Prompt review of claim and resolution

My claim was submitted right after my incident and taken care of promptly. Already received check only a few days after my claim was received and reviewed. My claim was also quickly approved when the vet hospital called them. I was very impressed with their service.

A service you can depend on.

The wellness test showed everything to be fine except a kidney marker which was high. The retest showed all was well. I was so grateful to be able to know he could get a retest because I had insurance. I have recommended Trupanion insurance to many of my dog owner friends. You are dependable and give great service.

Grateful dog owner to Trupanion

Trupanion handles my dog's claims quickly. Jake has been epilectic since he was two years old. Trupanion lets me know they have received the claims and updates me by text and email every step of the approval process. It was the best decision I made by picking Trupanion as my dog's insurance company...Thank you Trupanion!!!
