I’m not sure why this company has been given such low reviews because as far as I’m concerned this company is extremely excellent in the way that they have dealt with me. Pets Best makes ensuring my pup is covered at any issue and easy to work with. The app seems to be down often but you can complete things online without difficulty! The most recent review took a bit longer to get a determination and refund, but knowing they will get it done and communicated the delay makes them well worth it

I have never been so happy with an insurance company as MetLifePets! They have excellent customer service and the easiest processing of my claims. I am so happy that I have this company because they make dealing with anything regarding our Filo healthcare very easy and it’s affordable for all that we receive in our policy.

My dog was insured by Nationwide for the entirety of his life. His last few months consisted of multiple claims and all were seamless including, most importantly, the last claim made for his euthanasia. Nationwide cancelled my policy after the euthanasia claim without need for a call and sent a lovely condolence card and a letter expressing condolences as well. We insured our new puppy with Nationwide the day we picked him up.
