I researched every insurance program for several days before choosing Pets Best for my new puppy. I am very satisfied with my choice. Pets Best is so easy to file claims online, very quick to keep you informed and extremely quick to reimburse me directly depositing into my checking account. The EOB is very easy to understand and I’m so glad I took the time to research every policy out there and didn’t just ask friends. I checked the reviews and I can honestly say Pets Best is aptly named for they truly are the best.

I am so happy we chose Embrace for our dogs’ pet insurance. Unexpectedly one of our pets needed to have back surgery (disc issue). A very scary situation bc she was paralyzed in her back legs. Embrace was great to deal with. I submitted the paperwork and was reimbursed very quickly. Our sweet Lily is now walking, playing and doing amazing. We are very grateful for Embrace. 🩷

Excellent insurance for your pets!
I’ve had three different pet insurance companies and Spot is by far the easiest to work with. Yes, they ask for documentation ( like any insurance company should) but they quickly process your claim and reimburse you for the covered expenses. I’m very pleased with them and I plan on continuing our plan.
