Don't pay attention when reviewing

I have had a lot of trouble with getting claims processed correctly. Often they process for the wrong pet, or don't pay correctly (i.e., pay more for the wrong pet, less for the other). The new claims issue is they state my cats' receipts aren't legible. That's impossible - clear as can be. Their email says to check out the claims in the portal, but neither claim is there for either pet, and there is no correspondence in the portal. I just resubmitted 2 wellness claims from Feb! I don't know if they're working from home and getting interrupted

Great company…

I never got pet insurance for my first dog. And I learned, and it's important I chose this company from among many and I've had very positive experience. My puppy has had some issues and I put through two claims.And once I got through the initial process, I have been told they would be sending me a check. I'm very pleased and i'm happy to give them a five star recommendation

I have never had pet insurance before

I have never had pet insurance before, so I didn't know what to expect. My puppy got really sick and ended up in a hospital overnight after being to urgent care twice. The bills piled up and I was afraid I would have to fight for reimbursement. I was pleasantly surprised that my claims went thru and were paid to my account in a week. I did call up first and ask help from customer support on the process and they helpfully talked me thru it. I would definately recommend Spot. It is way to expensive at the vet anymore to not have coverage.
