Really responsive.

Trupanion is fantastic. I joke that our dog has better health insurance than we do (there is a lot of truth to that). Their team is very responsive and super nice on the phone. Claims are processed within a day or two.

Read all paperwork when signing up

Very friendly and helpful representatives on the phone. Just wish I read through all the paperwork when I signed up. They do not cover rehab unless you add on the rider when first signing up, and cannot get it at a later date.
