The customer service is great
The customer service is great, they have reimbursed me quickly which is very helpful. No problems getting pre-approval for specialized care, the pre-approval wasnt needed but I needed to make sure for my own peace of mind. Highly recommend them.

Fast payment; slow & unreliable website
Embrace Pet Insurance pays my claims reallyt fast. My complaint is with the website--it is very slow and crashes. I end up unable to file claims and have to try some time later. Then it's slow again. It happened 12 May 25 and then 20 May 2025

My dog was insured through Trupanion…
My dog Buster was insured through Trupanion from when he was a couple of months old until his recent passing. They were great with acknowledging our claims and then paying us depending on the claims in a very timely fashion. A few times I did call with a question and I was always treated with polite, professional and respectful service.
