Trupanion is on the job 24/7 the reps are always extremely knowledgeable and always ready to help no matter what the issue.
Trupanion is on the job 24/7, the reps are always extremely knowledgeable and always ready to help no matter what the issue. The coverage is organized in the best possible way. Kudos to the managers. There is one lifetime deductible for each type of illness, so clients are not penalized for long term illnesseses like Cushing's Disease or cancer. So much kinder for the animals that the owners still have enough money to care for them as they age.

I am always in awe of how quick Trupanion is to respond to a claim and how equally fast the turnaround time is for payment.
I am always in awe of how quick Trupanion is to respond to a claim and how equally fast the turnaround time is for payment. I am constantly sharing with pet owners how important it is to have pet insurance, but more importantly how they need to get the insurance through Trupanion. Thank you for all you do!!!

I did not know what to expect but Trupanion paid the doctor directly within minutes.
