Nothing beats a warm Embrace!
I can’t imagine an insurance company being more comforting during a time when I needed it most! Embrace Pet Insurance was so easy to work and the app makes it a breeze to communicate and submit claims. The personal email follow up from my claim rep was so genuine and appreciated. And reimbursement came in a flash! Thank you so much from me and my canine bestie!

Diagnosis field very limited
Diagnosis field very limited. When filing the claim the diagnosis field almost tries to point you towards conditions that they can then exclude. My Vet has said that Embrace is one of the most difficult pet insurance companies to work with. It is almost like after they have your premium they work very hard to deny a claim. We will not be renewing!

Don't be a sucker like me. Dump them before they take too much of your money
Awful. They cover very very little and there are a large number of loopholes they use to deny your claim. Don't be a sucker like me.. they have extracted approximately $14k from me over the life of my dog maybe covering $50 here or there on bills if they were over $800.. recently I had a bill over $5k and they covered less than $800 of it. Waste of money and this company is a scam designed to keep their hand in your pocket and they will not come through if you pet gets really sick. Then they have a cust9mer service apologize and act sorry but themselves the rules .. and it's too bad .. you are welcome to cancel any time you choose but we will be sorry to see you go... (translation tough cookies! We got your money already!)

We got what we paid for and got it fast
Our almost five year old cat developed diarrhea and several tests were necessary along with a couple visits to the vet. We submitted our claims quickly and easily and got reimbursed just as we were expecting. And we received the reimbursement within three days of submission. One couldn't ask for more.
