Amazing
trupanion is always fast, and take a vested interest in how my furbaby is recovering. I would and have recommended them to many people looking into vet insurance because they are amazing to deal with. My last claim was completed in 2 working days!

Prompt service for a significant claim
At 9 months of age, our English Bulldog (Ollie) was diagnosed with prolapsed urethra a condition causing him serious blood loss and surgery was an immediate requirement. A brief telephone call to Pets+Us served to confirm coverage for the required surgery. Post-surgery, we filed our claim with Pets+Us via a very straightforward electronic claims procedure and the claim was processed promptly with cheque received within 2 weeks. We are well pleased with the level of service and professionalism re how our claim was handled by Pets+Us.

Very Happy to have Trupanion!
When you adopt an older pet, health issues are a concern. Fortunately, my veterinarian recommended Trupanion. When my pet was injured, Trupanion came through and picked up 90 percent of the surgery costs, minus the deductible of course.

Pets Best is Right!
After six indoor, long-hair cats, no insurance, and thousands of dollars later, I finally got smart. I thoroughly reviewed most all the pet insurance providers, and I chose Pet's Best because they offer a variety of options, including wellness, older pet major disease coverage, several deductibles, and much more. With four new cats of various ages, it is such a relief to receive an email from Pets Best telling me they've received my claim, then within a few days sending me an EOB telling me what they paid (usually 1/3 to 1/2 back), and that it will be direct deposited to my bank account shortly. Now that's nice. Thank you, Pets Best.

So Grateful!
We have been incredibly pleased with Embrace. We were so thankful to have such complete coverage when our dog Tashi tore her ACL and needed surgery. It gave us a peace of mind to know we could make the right decision for her without having to take finances into account. I am glad to report she is healing well and back to her active self! When our dog broke his leg we had to pay over $2000 in veterinary costs up front. Having never filed a claim with Trupanion before and expecting the process to be more complicated I phoned and spoke to a friendly representative who explained the process to me. Within a week or so of submitting our claim, our reimbursement was on its way. So simple, so easy, so quick. I wish human health insurance was so efficient. I have recommended Trupanion to many people.

Healthy Paws is the best!
Our 3 year old mastiff rescue injured her ACL and required surgery. I forwarded all the medical records and invoices to Healthy Paws. Within 10 days or so, we had our reimbursement check. The website was very easy to navigate, the claims submission process couldn't have been easier, and their communications to me were professional, caring, and informative. Like others, I did a great deal of research before signing up with a pet insurance.I could't have made a better choice. Thank you Healthy Paws!!

Couldn't ask for a better pet insurance company!
I've had Healthy Paws for just over a year now. Prior to Healthy Paws, I had two other insurance companies I went through. Neither one was as easy to work with as Healthy Paws. The premium is very affordable and processing claims is so easy, no questions asked! Not only that, but the turn around rate for processing claims is amazingly fast!I currently have two young chocolate labs (1 and 2 years old). My Izzy has had several UTIs and Healthy Paws has allowed me to get the best care to help get this taken care of quickly. My younger pup, Bear, recently did what all pups do at some point; eat what they shouldn't! This resulted in a very expensive and intensive emergency surgery. Thanks to Healthy Paws, we were able to get him the surgery without worrying about whether we could afford it. Healthy Paws even contacted me shortly after the claim had been made to check up on him.
