Peace of mind
Its nice to know that i will be able to take care of my two Jack Russells should anything happen to them. ASPCA Pet Insurance has been there more than a few times when my dogs have gotten themselves into medical emergencies. I've had to take them in for stitches from dog fights to eating rat poison that a neighbor had left out. ASPCA has covered so much and has reimbursed me quickly. I would never have a pet again without being covered by them!

Healthy Paws Is Simply The Best
Thank you Healthy Paws so much for helping my family take care of our beloved Stella. Quite simply, your company is the best. You do as you say and say as you do...a quality quite hard to find in today's world. Your dependability, care, and wonderful customer service have truly helped my family through this stressful and costly period. Your attention to detail has made all the difference. I don't often write reviews for companies, but you are the exception. Your timeliness in turning around claims, the ease of submitting a claim, and your coverage make all the difference. But it does not stop there. Not only are you helping me pay for Stella's operation, but you are helping us get her back on her feet by covering the costs of rehab and physical therapy. Thank you so much Healthy Paws. Your company has made a difference in both our lives and Stella's and I don't know where we we would be without you.

Excellent--WAY better than I expected...
My first experience with pet insurance, very expensive acute event. The vets offices and I submitted the forms on a Friday and the next Monday, the review was indicated to be in process on Tuesday, and was approved on Thursday and I had the check within 2-3 days. Amazing. Needed to call them a couple of times just with my own questions (not because of issues) and the phone was answered promptly, the folks on line had my case records available WHEN they picked up the phone, and were clear and knowledgeable from the start. I did not expect this from my knowledge of human insurance. Although when I was choosing insurances, my vet office said Trupanion was the most helpful and they felt the best coverage. With my dog's acute event, the specialists group that I needed to see said the same---the best coverage and easiest to work with, in their experience. This review is totally uninfluenced, and I am a very happy camper..!!!!

Overall good experience
I'm thankful I have pet insurance. ASPCA has been responsive and helpful. Getting your claim back in the mail is a little slow but they have the option of directly depositing into your account if you want to take advantage of it. I have had very good service and overal satisfied.

Embrace Pet Ins lived up to their promise to pay!
I have had 6 dogs over past 35 yrs but never had pet insurance until. So glad to have it, esp for the wellness segment. My girl is 14 yrs old and so thankful to have her covered....just never know about life & health. My boy is 9 and most curious & fun guy. Just want to hang on to them as long as I can....love them so. Both are healthy & active & loving. Want them to stay that way. Thanks for the Wellness Plan.

ASPCA reviews claims timely and pays exactly as promised. The rates of reimbursement are very reasonable for expenses incurred due to unexpected illness. We have been with them for seven years and been treated fairly throughout.

Max benefit per incident not worth monthly fee
I paid premiums for my dog for a decade (over $6000). Then when he had cancer the max benefit wasn't even close to the amount he procedure cost. We wound up having to let my dog go. For the next pet we are going to put the monthly premiums into an account we set up specifically for vet care. Had we done the same with this dog we would have had the money to cover this treatment and save his life.

The best insurance by far!
I have 4 dogs and they are all insured and I use healthy paws all the time! They are always so quick to process my claims and I get a check in the mail a couple days later! I love using the app it's so nice to just take a picture of my bill and upload it to the app.
