Good Insurance
My dog has been taken to the emergency clinic twice for intoxication and we have received good reimbursement from ASPCA. It's a quick and clear refund. I'm happy I have this insurance.

We're glad Stitch has insurance
Vet bills can be costly and insurance is costly as well, but when your pet is sick it's wonderful to have the peace of mind this policy provides. At least we know that some of our costs will be reimbursed.

So nice to have peace of mind
My pet recently ate all of her sisters medicine and was required to spend the night in doggy ICU. There was no question that we would have her treated, but knowing in the back of our mind, that we had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance to back us helped us to not stress about the money part of our scary situation. We had already made basic claims for regular illness treatments and have had our claims processed quickly, so we knew this would be no different and it wasn't. The best part was the very personal email they sent to check on our baby. Never expected that! We LOVE Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!

LOVE,CARE, RELIEF
I groom my Tilly every 4-5 weeks because she is a Yorkiepoo. But this season has brought on scratching galore. Between ears infections, skin issues and temperatures, I have been hit in the pocketbook multiple times. I love her and I have taken on the responsibility of a dog. She comes before me. Luckily, I have this insurance and know that I will be geeting money back when an emergency comes up. And it has over the last 2-3 months. Thank God for my insurance! But also Thank God for my companion, Tilly Marie - AKA- Matilda

EXCELLENT SERVICE - VPI for BELLA the BULLDOG
We have had VPI since Bella the Bulldog was a puppy. VPI has a consistent review, communication, and reimbursement process that has been very helpful and timely to caring for our pet. VPI covered her entire ACL surgery and hospitalization for double pneumonia. We were thankful for the financial security while we dealt with our family pet's medical issues. 2 Thumbs up from Bella the Bulldog & Longwell Family

The Only Pet Insurance Carrier to Consider...
Believe the hype - it is all true! I was fortunate [and smart] enough to enroll my pit mix rescue the day I brought him home at eight weeks old. Although very strong, very active and otherwise very healthy, he developed cherry eye in both eyes long before his first birthday. After two unsuccessful surgeries at an excellent facility, the visibly upset veterinary ophthalmologist reached out to her colleagues for support. She found a peer at another animal hospital, who after reviewing my dog's records and photos the previous surgeon had sent, said a new procedure he had pioneered would work. To cut to the chase, my dog's eyes are finally fine. Without the support of Healthy Paws, I don't know what I would have done. They paid my claims, without any questions or arguments, within five business days of me submitting them. This is in sharp contrast to the experiences of others I know, whose dogs are covered by some of the other, popular pet insurance companies. They had nothing but horror stories to share about their pet insurance carriers. The few times I needed customer service, the phones were answered quickly, by kind, competent agents who spoke and understood English. I know as my dog ages my rates will go up, but let me say this - he will never, nor will any of my future dogs, ever be without Healthy Paws insurance. I have told my experience to at least 20 of my dog park peers, some of whom, regrettably didn't listen carefully enough, and are now in the situation I thankfully avoided. Save yourself headaches and heartaches - the day you bring home a new dog or cat, insure your new family member with Healthy Paws. You wouldn't let your kids be uninsured, would you?

Highly recommended pet insurance
i submitted various claims for Chloe from regular visits to teeth cleaning to her final days when I had to sadly put her down at 14 1/2. Petsbest responded to each claim in a timely manner. The coverage was excellent as well as the service. The employees were a pleasure to work with.

Mixed experience
I've had mixed experience with PetPartners over the years (I got it for my dog when he was 8 months old and he just died at 10 years). Whenever I had a claim they paid it promptly, and it was easy to file online since I own a scanner. Generally it was easy to figure out exactly how much they'd pay you back--80-20 with a $125 deductible--although there were a few times with the wellness part of the plan that I didn't feel that they reimbursed as they should; my vet is NOT expensive and sometimes they wouldn't cover her basic charges. That being said, during my dog's final bout with cancer they were wonderful, even paying for his pt without a blink. They say to expect it to take 30 days for reimbursement, and it really will take the FULL 30 days. My main complaint is that the insurance cost skyrockets once the dog turns 7; I went from $60-80 per month to $180 pm by the end. That makes it really seem like a scam since I made almost no claims on them until the final year of my dog's life; it was as if they wanted me to cancel my insurance so that they'd never need to make a pay out. I've said "yes" here to the recommendation, but it would be with qualifications and I'm currently searching for a new insurer in case I get a puppy.

Not one othe best
I thought this insurance was the best but I am not very happy, every time you submit a claim they apply your deductible, has a max cap if you pet bill is more than 2500 that it is they wont pay any more, every instance is they apply the deductible. I found other insurances that don't have a max and are very fax and don't a apply the deductible for every instance. If you dog is old and have this insurance better check this out before you submit a claim
