Very Happy with Pets Best Pet Insurance
So far we've only used the insurance for two well visits, cat & dog, but we are very happy with the reimbursement of services as well as the ease of filing the claims. The process is quick & easy. We're also very happy with the ease of customer service. The attentiveness and competence of the representative, Jennifer, was such a pleasure. Seems like good customer service is a rare quality these days. She went out of her way to take care of our situation, and we appreciate it!

Everything went well. The amount of the proceedure was $495.00 and I received $300.00. I wish it was alittle more, however it was fair.

Easier to deal with than my own (human) insurance!
My dog recently had MPL surgery done by an orthopedic specialist. When I asked to fill out the claim forms, he advised my that in his experience, claims for the type of surgery my dog had all always declined. The surgeon had only had experience with VPI. 7 business days after filing my claim, I received an email from Embrace saying my claim had been approved and my check is in the mail! I paid out of pocket a total of 2540.00, and Embrace paid for all but 400.00!

Great fast service!
I was surprised how easy it was to get claims processed and paid. Our vet participates with Trupanion and files the claim directly with them and I can elect to have the payment sent directly to Trupanion, which I did. I got an email notice a couple days later that the claim had been paid, and an Explanation of Benefits. I wish my health insurer were that fast! We are very impressed!

I have had this insurance for 9 years and I could not be happier. The customer service is both refreshing and prompt. Every claim I have submitted has been immediately acknowledged and the turn around time is less than stated. I just got another puppy and added insurance on him. Here's to another long term relationship :)

Accidents,illness and wellness for my Pug
Getting pet health insurance for my pug was one of the best things I could have ever done and I am glad that I did it thru ASPCA Pet Health Insurance! They have always been there to answer my questions, have processed my claims (so much quicker than BC/BS), and even call to follow up on my fur baby! I live my pug, but he is a mischeivious toddler and if there is something he can get into... He finds a way. But also being a pug, he has been prone to asthma, allergies and anal gland issues. He also gets constant ear infections... Yes, i have the vets number on speed dial! Some people laugh when I say that I have pet health insurance and I just say, "Do you have health and dental insurance for your kids?" My pug is my kid and he deserves the best vet care possible for routine wellness, dental, sickness and those unpreventable accidents (he ate a bumble bee once! - he is allergic to them we found out! And had to rush him to the hospital!) i was there for my puggy and ASPCA Pet Health was there for me! Love them!

Healthy Paws is a Lifesaver!
My 10-month old Rottweiler puppy recently swallowed a tennis ball, resulting in procedures at 3 different hospitals, 5 nights of hospitalization, and a mess of bills totaling over $7000. The online claims process was incredibly easy, helping me to make sense of all the different bills. Reimbursement was fast and simple, with no denials for any of the treatment he received. I also received a personal email following up to ask how he was recovering. The human touch was such a pleasant surprise! Pet insurance is a must for any responsible owner, and I could not be more pleased that I chose Healthy Paws!

Good coverage; pay attn to details, follow claims
I have a french bulldog 9 months old and have had good experience with claims and coverage. They did want to exclude nausea and vomiting for a yr due to one incident he had had prior to coverage, but my vet and I appealed it and they reversed the exclusion. Most claims reviewed quickly, but did have one that fell thru the cracks at their end, but this was rectified with a call from me. I did lots of research and this Co provides the most comprehensive coverage and they have integrity, are NOT a rip off, they are good. I recommend them highly. I have 10K coverage a yr for $49 a month, and have already had claims paid that will cover ALL my premiums for all of 2015.

Efficient, concerned and corteous service
We have always been happy with ASPCA pet insurance - our dog has had several ear infections and recurrent skin problems. The claims have been dealt with in a speedy and no judgmental way. We would highly recommend this company.
