AMAZING, HONEST, AWESOME COMPANY!
My Labrador Kira literally overnight developed a large lump on her shoulder, which turned out to be what's called a seroma (fluid filled cyst). I was frightened to say the least, thought it was cancer and we were facing something sinister, but I was also SO relieved to be able to run every test needed to determine the prognosis because I had Embrace. Embrace not only provides amazing service, great rates and products, but also total peace of mind that my beloved pet is in great hands with both her vet and Embrace. My claim was processed in less than a week and a check issued within 2 weeks. It has been a LONG time since I've dealt with a company who actually does what they promise to do in a totally seamless manner, AND does it professionally with a smile and outstanding service. Out Dated Payment Schedule
We have had this insurance for over 12 years, without any major claims until now. Premium is about $1800 annually for two dogs. This year we had two big claims, 1. bowel obstruction, 2. growth on splean. They use a very outdated UCR payment schedule. Basically, they only pay a portion of what these services cost 10 years ago. They paid only about 35% of the actual bill for these two major claims. After review, this VPI is not worth the premium. Spent more on this insurance than our regular vet bills. We will not be renewing.

Life Saver (Financially)
I have three SC Wheaten Terriers, two of which are highly allergic. So now after lots of antibiotics and such, they are on life time allergy shots. Trupanion covers 90% for me, so I'm very grateful. Plus, the vet submits the claim online and I pay the difference at checkout.
