Pets plus us is a relief
My cat needed a biopsy and the least of our concerns was our policy or money. We knew pets plus us had our back and they delivered. I def recommend them.
Worst Pet Insurance
They cover NOTHING from a $1457 vet bills. This company sucks
Rates quadrupled this renewal
I have had this insurance company for over 5 years, and rates went up very minimal until this year. I was shocked to see that our rates had quadrupled this year, and reasons were various! Called to get quotes from other companies, and they were nowhere near as high, nor did they raise their prices as much as this company did.

It is so easy to process a claim for Ellie Mae! I really like just taking a picture of her detailed checkout sheet and my receipt, then submitting. It is simple to login and check the status, plus I do receive emails as well. The explanation around benefits paid is also helpful. This is my second year using Pet's Best and it has been a great experience!

We LOVE how Pets Best helped us!!
Our 5 yr. old Golden had a medical problem that ultimately required three vet visits — one of them being an emergency vet procedure. There was absolutely no problem with the multiple invoices being sent in and the reimbursement. In our opinion, there’s no company better than Pets Best!! We’re happy with their service and we plan to stay Pets Best members for a long time!
