Healthy Paws people are simply the best
I signed up with Healthy Paws after adopting Vin from a shelter. Our previous family dogs had all needed expensive medical care. Healthy Paws has been wonderful - they do what they say, they are quick to respond, and they are simply the kindest people to work with.

I wish human insurance had service this good!
I've been a faithful user of Trupanion for three and a half years, and I can say with full certainty that getting a Trupanion policy for my cat has been one of the smartest decisions of my life. Her major bladder surgery? Covered. Blood and urine tests? They got it. Prescription food? Discounted. On top of it all, the service is by far the best I've experienced anywhere. The few times I've had to call about an issue I've spoken to some of the friendliest and caring people I've ever cold-called. They are clearly pet lovers, and they fully understand just how much love I have for my furry friend. And the claim checks come extremely fast. The longest I've had to wait is a week, and most claims have come in just 3-4 days. They get you your money, and they get it to you quickly. I've recommended Trupanion to several friends and will continue to do so. It's peace of mind and great service coupled together.

I use ASPCA for two dogs. Outstanding customer service. Extensive communication throughout the claims process, and they even follow up to see how your dog is. I have called customer service, experience short wait times and speak to pleasant people.While my claims are not covered as extensively as I might like, I am satisfied with the coverage and will continue to use ASPCA and recommend to my friends.Claim was processed within two weeks of submission. I suspect no-one is every completely satisfied with any insurance reimbursement. That was DOA in the 90's.

I can't imagine not having pet insurance, especially since dogs and cats can thankfully be treated for so many illness and injuries that just a few years ago were not available to pets. I highly recommend not only having pet insurance, but having Pets Best as your pet insurance company. If you have a sick or injured dog or cat, it's nice to know that you can get them the best care possible, and having Pets Best gives you the freedom to choose the best vets, animal hospitals and takes that financial burden out of the picture. You really can count on this company taking care of your dog or cat. I also appreciate how caring the people who work at Pets Best are, it's hard having a sick pet and the people that I have talked to when I when I call are very compassionate among of . Thank you to Pets Bestc for being there for my dogs and cats. I recommend pets best to every person I meet that has a dog or cat and encourage them to purchase pets insurance, and let them know this is the best pet insurance company! One of my dogs, my 2 year old Anatolian Shepard just had blood work, an ultrasound and diagnosed with an gastric ulcer,, the type that is caused by bacteria in her stomach. After they tests and 4-5 weeks of 4 different medications, she is well on the road to recovery, yay! Treatment available for your beloved pet.

Aggravating to deal with
They will not cover our siamese kitten for any skin condition even though he never had one to start when we got him at 8 weeks old. He only had a few bumps on his head from a litter mates claws.They take over a month every time to complete a claim and always blame it on a busy season. They increase the deductible as the pet ages and constantly decrease the percentage of coverage. My one dog is only covered fifty percent and the other is only sixty percent. I switched my dog from secure four to three and lost all the claims towards my yearly deductible that we had worked off without the, telling me this would happen. The supervisor was rude when I talked to her about this and did nothing to try and make the situation better. I have tried to get answers to a claim for one of my cats that's been incomplete for over a month and no reply after contacting them several times. I have four pets insured with them and will take my business elsewhere next time.

When I signed up for ASPCA pet insurance for my puppy I did not think I would need it for anything other than the vaccines and simple vet visits in his first year, but was I wrong. Rocky developed a bacterial infection in his lungs and ASPCA paid 90% of the bill minus the annual $100 deductible very quickly. I was amazed at the speed and efficiency of their handling the claim. They even called me to check how Rocky was doing. I've had 4 dogs before and they all required hospitalization and I wish I had this insurance on them at those times! Thank you ASPCA for making this insurance available for our furry friends!

Quick and Easy process
Welness Plan claim to have our 8 month old English Mastiff, spayed and gastropexy done. There was really nothing to it on my end. Vet office faxed in our bill & notes to Embrace, got an email that Embrace had received the info from our Vet and our claim was being processed. They let us know that it could take a couple wks to process the claim. I believe we recieved our check at the 2 week mark and had also been notified by email that our claim had been approved and would be receiving a check shortly.It was litterally that simple, quick and easy!!
