happy with claim reimbursement
I've had Pets Best for over 7 years. Whereas none of my 3 cats has had anything 'cat'astrophic health-wise (and hopefully never will), I'm extremely happy with Pets Best's reimbursement policy and timely response to my claims.

Saved Me from Financial Distress
I have been with Pets Best for a long time and first got this insurance for accidents or emergency use. I never thought I would really need it until my furry love broke her arm. After getting it repaired, she had another accident which led to a second surgery on the same arm. We thought that was the worst, then the second and surgery did not take. Her plates and screws broke, so she needed a 3rd then a 4th! Already in financial distress, I was able to continue her care because Pets Best reimbursed me accordingly. I am happy to say she is now recovering and healing well and I could not have been able to continue her care, financially, if it wasn't for Pets Best!

Won't consider any other pet insurance
Embrace is the only one we would recommend or ever use. The staff is always willing to go the extra mile and always checking post service on our pets and their welfare as a whole. In a very difficult time of pet accident or illness to be able to make the owner feel that someone cares and actually has their back other than their veterinarian clinician is a major point. Without Embrace some terrible alternate decisions might have to be made by loving pet owners when treatments go beyond their savings' abilities.

Surgery coverage
Our 8 month old puppy unexpectedly broke her front leg while being a puppy. This is our third surgery experience (3 different dogs) with Trupanion. I think there service overall is better than my personal medical insurance both in cost and service.

Quick and easy coverage for complementary health!
Our dog has suffered from back pain and stiffness for quite some time, and we recently took him in for acupuncture treatment. The treatment really worked wonders for his physical comfort and we also noted big behavioral improvements. I saw in my Embrace coverage documentation that complementary medicine services can be covered for injuries and illnesses, and submitted claims for each of his treatment sessions. I didn't actually anticipate having this service covered, but Embrace covered all of his treatments in full, with no additional documentation or justification needed. Great coverage again from Embrace.

Medical care for our cats
We have 2 Main Coon cats that are 6.5 years old. Turns out that these cats are susceptible to all sorts of allergies which can be costly at the veterinarian store. Our ASPCA insurance has really been a help in covering a portion of those costs. Their claims service has been exemplary!

7 Year Member, Denied first claim per technicality
After paying premiums for over seven years, our first claim was denied on a technicality. Our 10 year old dog injured his spinal disk jumping off the deck. Searching for other age/issues unrelated to the specific injury the company found a technical loop hole to deny payment of $3500 on a $18,000 bill.
