Embrace is absolutely phenominal!
Our dog, Tara, is a 10 year old German Shepherd. She is also our baby! We have had Embrace insurance since she was a puppy but really have not had to use it too much until the last year and a half. She has arthritis which causes her pain. She developed bad allergies and because of her age was diagnosed with a weak immune system. This has affected many parts of her body. She also then needed to have surgery (a tummy tuck) which aided to prevent all the skin and urinary infections. . Embrace has always been there to help us with any questions, explain our coverage and they have even called us to see how Tara has been doing. It is wonderful to dial their number and be answered by a person who is very capable to answer your questions, No voice mail and no transferring your call!!!We appreciate all of you at Embrace and will definitely mention you to our friends with pets. We are grateful we have you and our wonderful veterinarian. Tara says thanks!

I'm so happy I could help my dog.
I can't say enough about how happy I am with Trupanion! My dog needed a major knee surgery and I was able to help him because I had Trupanion insurance for him. It is so worth the monthly payment! Everything went smoothly, they paid the hospital directly so I was able to have the surgery ASAP. I didn't even have to do much- so simple. What a relief to be able to do that because it would've taken me forever to get the money together and I was able to have my dog not hurt any longer then he needed to. I highly recommend Trupanion to everyone who has a beloved furry companion.

Healthy Paws Insurance is the best!
We've never had pet insurance for our shelter adopted dogs but when we got a puppy for the first time, we researched insurance companies. Healthy Paws had by far the best policy and payments with a promise not to raise rate or drop your policy for too many claims. We never thought we would need it but bought it anyway. What a LIFSAVER! This new puppy had recurrent urinary tract infections which resulted in a reconstructive surgery. Treatment/surgery spanned 1.5 yrs with a specialist and she is now healthy and happy. Our vet bills were extremely high and with this insurance, we had no worries about expense or about getting the best and necessary care for our dog. I don't know why anyone would consider any other company; compare the policies and you will see why we are now true believers and fans of Healthy Paws Insurance.

I have been treating my Service dog for a number of years now for Cushings DiseaseIt would have been very difficult to provide the care required without Trupanion Coverage because of the costs involved They are a lifesaver both for myself and my dog who continues to be my second ear I always receive my claims payment quickly and everything is explained clearly on the invoice When I have had concerns they have been helpful and friendly They have also covered other health issues that have come up over the years Just a great experience!

A growth on our bulldog's stomach was an immediate concern. Fortunately we were lucky it turned out to not be serious. After getting good news from our vet, we experienced a very quick turnaround on our claim that included periodic communications on the status. Equally pleased with the wellness checkup claim process. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
I went with persecure to give myself piece of mind. The SPCA recommended there program so I thought they would be a reputable company. I was paying $86 per month and received absolutely nothing from this company! My dog went in for an emergency visit, claim denied. I then had him in for his annual check up, claim denied. I then tried to get his teeth cleaned again, claim denied!! I later had my visa stolen, called them to let them know the account my payment was coming out of is no longer existent, and I would call in when I received a new card. I then find out they sent me to collections for 2 missed payments !! When I called to get an explanation I was told it's not there problem my visa got stolen. Anyways I paid and I would like to say a big FUCK you guys. Your customer service was awful and your policies suck. I feel like an idiot for literally giving you money every month for nothing.
