The customer service is amazing
The customer service is amazing! I had an issue with a claim and the claims adjuster walked me through everything and was able to resolve it. She asked great questions and took time to explain everything over the course of a few days.

I usually have my Vet submit the claims but they really don't want to do that anymore. Then, I submitted the claim forms via snail mail. Now, I forced myself to learn how to do a PDf and submit online. Will be waiting to see if that is better in reimbursement time. However, I have very healthy AKC bred dogs that haven't had any pre-existing conditions or accidents yet the insurance rates keep rising to the point that retired folks can't maintain it. How about senior discounts?
