This is a horrible pet insurance company. Refuses to cover procedures that are listed as being covered in documentation. Lied about contacting our vets office. Have requested a supervisor to call us back three or four days in a row with no return phone calls whatsoever. Don’t waste your money, take the money you would spend monthly and save it and use that towards your vet bills instead.

Fetch is nothing but thieves
They canceled my policy and sent me an email stating this, yet they continue to steal money from my account for the last 3 months. Fetch pet insurance are nothing but con-artists and thieves!! Avoid at all costs!! They were not letters stating my payment method had expired as they say. The email i received stated my account was CANCELLED!! Yet they continued to take money from my account which would be impossible if my payment method was not working!

50 percent rate hike
I had no claims for the past year and only 1 small claim the year before and they hiked my rate by 50 percent so I would be paying nearly $3000 a year. Luckily I found better, less expensive coverage through Lemonade.

Our 6 year old Sheltie developed a disease that changed his coloring…..his one ear dropped and he drooled and got food caught on one side of his mouth, and his one eye was being controlled by his inner lid…….all very strange to us! Now he is on several meds with hopes of decreasing them! In the meantime, I call and order all the meds and feel so relieved because I know Trupanion will cover the costs! Such a blessing for retired folks!
