It's our first time getting pet insurance and we called two seperate times to inquire and both representatives were super helpful and answered all our questions and helped set everything up. We did not feel rushed or stupid when asking for help. They were kind and helpful and they even assisted us over the weekend.

I called because the website wasn't…
I called because the website wasn't accepting my payment. The representative I spoke to also couldn't get it working so he told me Id get an email by Monday (this was on a Friday)... No email. I called and left three voice messages for him and no return call. I finally called and another representative told me that the file had been closed! I didn't have time to go through the entire process again at that time. This had been two weeks already. So, I finally got a nice representative who walked me through all of it. I had told him that had I not been referred by three different people, I never would have continued trying to get insurance from your company. In any event, Ken (at extension 6217) was lovely and he was able to assist me. Today I just received a letter stating that my new puppy is insured. I paid an entire year up front and now I feel more satisfied.

I don’t know what I would do without…
I don’t know what I would do without Embrace. My Siamese was in an accident where someone wasn’t looking out for a cat and closed a big heavy hurricane door on her left hind leg. I had confidence knowing that with embrace I wouldn’t worry about the financial side of things, no hesitation . All I had to worry about was getting her out of pain and being seen at the ER.
