Great company. I have had to submit numerous claims for my dog for various issues and the claims were paid very quickly.

No clarity
There's no clarity as to why some invoices are accepted and why others are not. It always says that I have maxed out of my benefits. I find this very confusing.

Pets Best - Paid but Delayed!
I did have to resubmit my claims and my claims got delayed what felt like three or more times. I do wish the process was slightly more expedited but I felt submitted the claims was simple enough.
Good affordabe coverage...slow to process and pay
I think Pet's Best is a good company. The coverage is great and affordable. Claims are processed fairly, and filing claims is easy. That being said, they are extremely slow to process and pay.
NEVER DENIED
Pets Best has been a lifesaver for me through the years. I never had a claim denied and all claims are always paid in a timely manner. Customer service is top notch. This company is worth every penny of their very reasonable premiums. I would never go anywhere else. I give them a well deserved 6 thumbs up.

Amazing! I love this pet insurance. Also the customer service is amazing! Any questions or emails you may and they respond very quickly!! I reached out the their customer service with questions before getting my cat on insurance and they were willing to help me. I will definitely be using their insurance in the future!!!

I submitted a claim for emergency veterinary services for my French bulldog Ziggy. I received a message the claim was under review. Approximately 4 days later my claim was completed and my reimbursement was in my bank account. Very happy with Spot!

The whole claim process went rather smoothly. I was grateful for the stress free process during a very stressful day with my beloved pet. I was also impressed on how fast Trupanion settled my claim. They were able to send me an itemized claim summary really quickly. I am very happy that I made the decision to join Trupanion!
