Pets Best is THE Best
We have had Pets Best since we got Biscuit 2 years ago and have used them twice in that time frame. Both times we submitted the claim and it was a breeze! We received our reimbursement in a decent time frame. After meeting our deductible this past time we still received about half of our money back! They are phenomenal. I also love the 24/7 vet line. They really do give you so much peace of mind and at a great rate! Even after filing a claim last year our rates didn’t increase! I recommend them to everyone!

I am not a new Trupanion member
I am not a new Trupanion member. I am on my second dog with Trupanion and this one I have had for almost 4 years. We have been pleased with Trupanion and it has been very helpful with our dog when she turned up with a totally unexpected, serious condition that needed extensive diagnostic work. Prior to Trupanion, we had another Pet insurance company and when our pet, four dogs back, developed a fatal cancer, the limit they had on benefits was so minuscule a part of the cost that we changed to Trupanion.
