At first I was reluctant to purchase this pet insurance. I was thinking they would probably look for any & all loopholes to get out of reimbursing me. Not the case! Patience is a Virtue
Laura was very patient and gave me a lot of her time to be sure I understood what I was buying. That can be challenging when dealing with a hard of hearing 80yr old! In spite of the fact that I asked her a million questions, she was right there with me every step of the way.
