Wonderful, Fast Service
One of my dogs tore his ACL, and trupanion spoke to the vet and agreed to pay them direct to save me paying $3000+ out of pocket. I just paid the 10% co-pay. The customer service was top class and I would have no hesitation recommending them to other pet owners.

Don't know what I would do without it
MY dog Bailey gets skin allergies and I am constantly taking her to the vet, being on a fixed income, I do not know what I would do without this insureance, claims are easy to put through and they always come through for us.

Fantastic experience for this first time customer!
This is my first experience with any pet insurance plan. I recently submitted my first claim for my pet (which was a wellness claim). The staff at Embrace contacted me promptly to let me know that they received it, which was very thoughtful and professional. I would have been satisfied with his that kind of correspondence exempt that they processed it the NEXT DAY! I highly recommend the Wellness plan and while I hope to never have to use the pet insurance for dire circumstances, but it is really nice to know that I could get a quick response and great service with Embrace.

Pets Best is Awesome!
My 9 year old Irish Setter got cataracts, in both eyes. Surgery was done by an excellent veterinary ophthalmologist in Omaha. The Bill was $3400.00. Pets Best covered about $2700.00, but the best part is my beloved Quigley can see clearly again. I have and will continue to recommend Pets Best to all my friends and family. I will never have another pet without Pets Best Insurance.

I wish human health insurance worked this well!
Healthy Paws handles claims fairly and quickly, covering your pet's illnesses and injuries as they promise to with no hidden exceptions. I submitted my first claim recently and was amazed to find that they processed it quickly and did not try to find ways of denying it. If only my own health insurance plan worked so well! And to top it off, when one corresponds with the company, their emails are written by actual people who wish your pet well. I've been very pleased with them!

The process is very easy. The office sends it in and within a few days you are updated with the status of your claim. Everything is explained in the email and the check is in the mail super fast !
