I switched to Pets Plus Us after years with another company that was okay, but kept increasing premiums every year even when I wasn't making claims. I had to get an MRI for my border collie and thankfully it only turned out to be minor nerve damage and wasn't life threatening. Pets Plus Us covered most of the (very) expensive bill, and were quick and fast (and kind). Also, love getting my free issue of Modern Dog each month :0)

Excellent Coverage - Excellent Customer Service
We have four Newfoundlands who are our four legged children. After researching with all of the insurance companies and speaking personally with the agencies...Embrace provided more individual care. In asking questions, their answers have been direct and followed up with emails for reference. The turn around on claims have been within 48 hours in my case with direct deposit. We have recommended Embrace to friends and family and will continue to do so!

So far it's been worth it
Over the last several years we've had three senior adopted beagles. Sadly, our first, Lulu passed on after a cancer diagnosis that we opted not to treat aggressively as she was terminal. She spent her last weeks at home under the watchful eye of our veterinarian. ASPCA insurance covered a fair amount of the diagnostic and end of life costs. Our other beagle, Lili is also a senior citizen and suddenly last year could no longer hold up her head. After a week of daily vet visits she was found to have a slipped disc and within an hour of being administered steroids she was back to her old self! Once again, insurance covered a good share of those costs. Then, a couple of months ago our third beagle, Zoe suddenly stopped eating. She ended up in the hospital for a week and had to have her gall bladder removed. ASPCA insurance paid the max per single incident for that event.For my husband and me let insurance makes sense. It is not cheap, but it has proven worthwhile for each of our three dogs.

Quick Payment, and Great Customer Service
I have had pet insurance for my dog with ASPCA for around 2 years. I haven't had to file a claim until recently but feel the money is well spent, because each month, I'm making a payment to the ASPCA. Who better to give your money to?I filed a claim last month, and ASPCA responded within a few days confirming a payment was sent. The amount they paid for my dog's pet visit was more than fair. I received payment within a couple of days.

Amazing customer service and wonderful employees
My 2 year old boxer was diagnosed with cancer only 4 weeks ago. We were devastated. He needed immediate surgery and testing. Not only was Potter's medical bills completely covered, but we received immediate processing of all of our claims. I always knew that Healthy PawsPet Insurance was one of the best, but I can now honestly say that they are the best. They even email to check on Potter's health, concerned that he is doing well. Thank you so much for everything you do as a company. I recommend you everywhere I go, not only friends but also veterinarians so they can refer you as well

It does not get any better
I love and appreciate Healthy Paws. I have two small dogs that have had several vet visits since they were covered. Healthy Paws offers a great insurance product and reviews and pays claims extremely promptly. They follow up to make sure that your pet's health issue is improving. Last year when they felt a claim was for a pre existing condition, a kind and knowledgeable veterinarian from their staff called to tell me and explain to me their decision in a courteous and compassionate manner. When I appealed the decision with more information from my veterinarian, they promptly reversed their decision and paid the claim. I wish I had signed up years ago. This is better than human health insurance. It just could not be any better. I give it my highest recommendation.

my experience with trupanion
It meant a lot to me that the staff was so kind, helpful and accommodating. They did everything they could to spend up the process so that my baby could get the diagnostics and treatment she needed, which alleviated a lot of stress during this highly stressful time. There is nothing worse than getting the run around when your worrying about your best friend, I am so thankful that I didn't have to deal with that . I felt like Hades and myself actually mattered to the company and were not just a number. Jessica Kennedy (trupanion staff member)went the extra mile to make the process as stress free as possible, give me someone to talk to about my worries and concerns, and make me feel like Hades mattered as was not just a number. after this experience I know I made the right choice in picking trupanion for my best friend Hades. Thanks again everyone
