Very Disappointing
Having worked in the veterinary industry for over 20yrs I have had experience with many different pet insurance companies and have insured my own personal pets also. This is by far one of the worst insurance companies I have ever dealt with. There is ZERO client loyalty, they are disorganized and severely lack in the customer service aspect. In addition to continually penalizing clients when they actual utilize their insurance for its intended purpose by increasing rates or deductibles,and decreasing co-insurance ( the amount they are willing to pay out on a claim) , they seem to have a surplus of funds allowing them to "pay it forward" ( aka use our monthly premiums ) to other people's pets who are not already insured as a marketing strategy! I would recommend ANY OTHER insurance provider over this company, and when asked why by my clients I am happy to explain.

Highly Impressed
I was highly impressed. My poor puppy was having bouts of bloody diarhhea and loss of appetite. I took him to vet and he was diagnosed with giardia. An overnight stay, fluids and meds, he was back to normal in no time. I was expecting the process to be a pain but it was seamless. I was highly pleased. Claim submission process was a piece of cake. They kept me updated with messages in my account and ultimately processed my claims and I received my reimbursements via direct deposit in a little over a week. Thanks so much!

Very Reliable and Easy claim forms
I have been a customer of ASPCA Pet Insurance for about 5 years with my rescue Boxer (who was 5 when I adopted her as a stray). Despite having no medical history, ASPCA covered her fully as my newest family member. Unfortunately, as with many Boxers, my baby has had many lumps and bumps and eye ulcers that have needed medical care. Working with ASPCA on my claims has been very easy and they have paid all covered expenses quickly and without hassles.

Great company!
I am super impressed with Healthy Paws! They have wonderful customer service. Anytime I've emailed them with a question they've gotten back to me the same day. Recently my dog had surgery to remove a mass and my claim was handled in about two weeks. You can pick the amount they reimburse, so after my deductible they covered 90% of the costs, excluding exam fees. I was hesitant to get insurance in the first place because I was afraid if something like this happened they would find some loop hole to get out of paying but they covered everything exactly as was stated in the policy. You can have them review your pet's medical records before getting a policy and they will let you know if there are any pre existing conditions that may not be covered. I would definitely recommend Healthy Paws!

Please save your money!
This company gets all its revenue from breeders and "free trials". If you actually have a sick pet, they will very quickly reduce your coverage. We started out paying $80 for 80% coverage, but after the first year they reduced our coverage to 50% (but kept the $80 fee). This company will not insure you after you make a claim. Our puppy had a very treatable condition, demodex, but even after he was treated and cured, Petsecure reduced his coverage from 80% to 50% while continuing to charge me $80 a month. It is fraud, not insurance.
