My pup fractured his knee, and it was a stressful situation for both him and myself. You guys over at Trupanion were incredibly awesome. You walked me through the process, always being kind and caring. You were extremely quick in terms of reimbursement. We were skeptical about pet insurance from all the negative stories out there, but Trupanion has proved the skeptics wrong. We contacted Trupanion after-hours, our call was received by an operator, and a Trupanion representative called us back within 10 minutes. Our claim was activated by our local animal hospital, we paid our deductible, and the rest was handled for us. Trupanion allowed us to provide the extensive care our puppy need without the burden of high vet bills. Thanks Trupanion for helping our puppy receive the medical attention she deserved. Super Service
Shadow was diagnosed with Vaginal Hypoplasia and need surgery. Our vet faxed the claim to Embrace after 4pm and at 7pm the next morning I had an email saying the claim was approved. Past experience tells me the check will be in my bank account very soon.

A True Lifesaver
When we rescued a mixed breed schnauzer 6 years ago, we were concerned about potential large vet bills and had our dog checked carefully for any signs of bad health. When our vet gave our new pooch a thumbs up, she still suggested a catastrophic Heath plan in case our dog got ht by a car or developed a serious illness later on. Two years ago, our dog was diagnosed with a brain tumor which with careful treatment could be controlled and medium to long term survival was possible with good results on quality of life. Our ongoing expenses over the last 2 years have exceeded $10,000 of which Embrace has covered 90%. Our dog is now receiving advanced treatments and Embrace has been a true lifesaver.
