Top notch service!
We bought FIGO pet insurance for both our cat and our dog in September 2015. So far, they have been terrific! First, I love the portal where we put all the claim submissions---it's quite easy! Second, I really appreciate that Lauren calls or emails me whenever our claim has been processed. Further, she has taken the time (on multiple occasions) to share her expert perspective as a vet tech---specifically about some issues relating to my furry beasts. In addition, Lauren was very helpful in digging through the existing vet records (prior to committing) to let me know what would be considered "12-month-pre-existing", versus what would not. While I do wish that FIGO would also cover special required food (ie perscription food and probiotics, for example), all in all, I think they are really great! I was quite nervous about getting pet insurance, and I'm appreciative that they have made the process painless. Thanks FIGO! PS> I think it's adorable that they send little 'get well' cards in the mail :) That said, you might want to consider emailing cards instead, and then putting that postage towards a good cause (ie ASPCA)...just a thought. But I really do think it's super cute!

Outstanding coverage and customer service
We couldn't be happier with the coverage Trupanion has provided for us. Our 3 year old female Pit/Lab mix has had one thing after another during her short life so far. We have struggled to understand why but it has been a tremendous comfort having Trupanion insurance to at least take a bit of the financial burden off us while we keep hoping her overall health stabilizes. The customer service has been outstanding. We have had all our questions answered clearly and all our claims have been processed very quickly. We have recommended Trupanion to all our friends with pets.

best pet insurance ever!
prompt ,compassionate, professional. Trupanion has it all. Over the years they have paid out thousands to save & enhance my cats lives. Everything from chronic renal failure to cancer therapy including chemo & radiation. Thyroid irradiation & endoscopic nasal surgery. also, the representatives are kind, patient & understanding. 90% coverage with no limits is awesome. The sliding scale for determining deductible & monthly payment is the only way to go. Thank you trupanion!

Great company
One of our dogs contracted cancer and Trupanion paid all of our claims in a timely manner. They communicated immediately upon receipt of our claim and payment was made quickly. I would recommend pet insurance to anyone as it's a good value should you need it for a beloved pet.

I've had good experiences with their customer service. I like having my pets records on hand so I can provide them whenever I need to. I haven't had to file a claim yet so I'm not sure how well that will go.

Figo Review
Figo has been the best choice for me and my 4.5 year old Chihuahua, Rio. I've had him insured since before I got him in 2011, but unfortunately I went through a couple of different companies that had ridiculous limitations and outrageous per-incident co-pays. One company went out of business entirely! Figo's policy is so comprehensive, and allows for a once-annual co-pay and 90% reimbursement. It is truly the best peace of mind. I would recommend a policy to any pet owner!

Great service, no problems whatsoever so far.
Our dog became very ill quite suddenly with several days in the hospital, lab work, ultrasounds and finally exploratory surgery. The attention and coverage provided allowed us to continue through with some very in depth and intensive care and our dog has been home for almost two weeks now doing well. We still don't have all the answers but at least we still have him and the time to try and figure things out. Thanks!

Excellent Customer Service, Speedy Turnaround
Healthy Paws has now assisted in two major claims for TPLO surgery for my dog, Basti. She is a 5 year old pup who has had to have her knees essentially re-constructed; yes, if you have gasped for air in thinking about the small car I could have bought for the price of her surgeries, you are correct. Thanks to Healthy Paws, this burden was not mine alone. I got my pup when I was still finishing school and am still at the beginning of my career; a monthly payment with a low deductible and high payout has been essential to her guaranteed care. We were able to go to one of the best surgeons in the country, twice now. I was able to file my claim with no hassle online/through my mobile app, and track the progress of the claim. Even with the holidays, their turn around was in their 7-10 day promise. I am perpetually impressed with the Customer Service I receive and follow ups regarding my pup's health and my customer experience. I will continue to highly recommend this company to my fellow pet owners!

Trupanion is a smart investment in your pet
We have had a number of claims for our Puggle Remy. All have been addressed and resolved in a very timely manner. The communication via e mails starts right away as they inform you they have received the claim, and typically within a week another email will be sent explaining what is covered and how much you will be reimbursed. I also have had very good experiences when contacting them via phone calls. Never on hold very long and always get a polite and competent "pet lover" to assist me. I feel having a policy with Trupanion was a very wise decision for us.
