Cutaneous cyst & dental cleaning
My cat Butters had a small cyst on his right side which my vet had been monitoring, and recommended removal of the cyst while he did a routine dental cleaning with Butters under anesthesia. The total cost for both procedures was somewhat costly. While Embrace did not cover the costs of the cyst removal, as it was determined to be a pre-existing condition, I am pleased that they did in fact cover approximately 1/4 of the overall cost for services rendered that day, pertaining to the dental cleaning.

We chose Healthy Paws pet insurance after reading many good reviews on them. We definitely made the right choice. So far we have experienced easy to use online access, immediate kind, compassionate customer service, and quick approval on our claim. We highly recommend Healthy Paws pet insurance coverage for all fur babies.

Extremely prompt service and easy to file claims.
At a very stressful time with the health of our dog, we found filing a claim with Healthy Paws to be very easy. I emailed the pet emergency the claim form, they download it, I signed it and they faxed it off. Within a very few days, I received an email from Healthy Paws stating that they were reviewing our claim, a couple of days later, they processed the claim and within 2 weeks we received a check. We live in Alaska, so mail takes a couple of days longer for us. We were so happy with this wonderful insurance company and the speed and compassion that they showed. I would recommend them to anyone that loves their pets and wants to have some peace of mind, should that emergency come.

Outstanding Insurance Company
Well worth the money. Very quick in responding to claims. There is only one thing I would recommend that Trupanion do, find a way to quicker way to pay out claims maybe direct deposit. I recommend Trupanion to anyone that has a pet.
