Prompt claim processing and refund
Am pleased to know that after a trip to the vet, I most likely will be getting a refund from ASPCA. Not the entire bill but something is better than nothing. Had a personal telephone call from ASPCA inquiring as to the health of my animals and how they are doing. This was very impressive.

Great customer service
My cat has been in and out of the vet's office the past few months with recurrent vomiting including a very scary episode where she aspirated some of the vomit and began choking. Figo has been great to work with--easy online claim submission, responsive customer service, and prompt reimbursement. They've even sent get well cards to my cat! This health issue came out of left field and I am so glad I bought pet insurance when I did. I highly recommend their service

Great policy if you don't mind a 33% reimbursement
Don't be fooled by the sales person who tells you that you claim will be covered in full minus the deductible. That is not always true. We paid all premiums when due and the policy was active when our dog got hit by a car. She needed and I paid for surgery and treatment totaling $5800. VPI paid back $1319. I requested reconsideration, and they paid an additional $605. That's about $1900 of a $5810 claim. That's not insurance. That's fraud and misrepresentation. Total bad faith. I am preparing to litigate. Don't make the same mistake. Find a better value.

I have a cat with two lumps on him. I wasn't concerned about having the tests done on him because I knew I had Pets Best Insurance to help me. The tests came out great and the insurance helped out with the costs

Zeus's Surgery
I was helped out tremendously with the financial aid and services, from the incredible experience and staff, here at Anderson Veterinary, and the Trupanion financial office. Today I have my Zeus whom is doing fantastic and playful again. I have told &written many good reviews on the experience we received from everyone. We hope we don't need too but if we may need to we will use Trupanion financial services again. You are all the BEST FRIENDS A PET CAN HAVE ON THEFOIR MEDICAL SIDE! Great customer service and great coverage!
Figo has been a wonderful resource for us. It's reasonably priced, covers almost everything, and the customer service is stupendous! Any questions we have are very quickly answered. And the pet cloud makes it so easy and user friendly. I always submit my claims from the vets waiting room! I have recommended Figo to all my friends with pets. Cannot say enough how much I appreciate having them to back me up!

Thoughtful personal service and great coverage
I have two cats that are slightly older. FIGO was a great choice for me and has reasonable monthly prices for coverage. Their app and PetCloud service is very convenient and allows me to stay current on payments, notifications, etc. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for pet insurance especially if they have multiple animals. 10/10

Payment of 3rd Claim
Submitted a claim for services on 12/30/15. Company took 15 days to process the claim instead of 5 days which is the advertised promise. Kept being called by Underwriting or customer service twice to ask if my dog, who is only 2 years old and who I've only had since 4/15 had seen another vet. Told them no. Received another call several days later asking again if my dog had been seen by another vet other than the one I was submitting the bill for. I knew what they were getting at; they were trying to say that this condition was a pre-existing condition so they wouldn't have to pay the claim!!! There was no pre-existing condition for my dog but this is what they were "digging" for. THey had never questioned the first two claims, but questioned this one!!! I thought this insurance company was the best pet insurance I could get for my dog. However, they are just like all the rest; they like it when you pay your premium, just as long as the animal doesn't have too many claims. I get this to mean that even though my dog still has the problem for which she sought medical treatment, that any further bills I submit will be scrutinized under a microscope and payment will be delayed. This company is horrible, just like all the rest. Be careful, because if your pet gets sick, and it takes several tests and/or vet visits to determine the problem, your claim will be delayed and/or possibly denied!

Embrace made it easier to get right treatment
We enrolled in a high deductible plan just in case something really bad happened, hoping we would never have to use it. But then our dog became mysteriously ill overnight and continued to decline. On the 4th day after symptoms started and 3 vet visits, we were admitted to the emergency animal hospital and were seeing a neurologist. Having the insurance made it so much easier to get the tests we needed (X-rays, MRI, spinal tap). The tests were able to rule out some potentially horrible outcomes and allowed to get the right diagnosis and treatment. Our dog is responding to treatment and is on the mend. Embrace has been a pleasure to work with: promptly processing our claims, answering our questions, and being overall considerate and thoughtful during a stressful time. I wish human health insurance would be so easy to navigate. I have been very thankful that we enrolled and have recommended Embrace to several other pet owners.
