Claim processed; kind and caring staff
Our boy chase got a foxtail in his nose on a hike and we immediately took him to the emergency vet near our house. It gives us a peace of mind knowing that we can get our dogs the care they need and not need to worry about the vet bills. The vet removed the foxtail and healthy paws paid the claim. Our boy is healthy and happy. Couldn't ask for more!

My furry baby had seizure and vets had to run several tests to find out what was the cause. I was impressed by Embrace for their prompt attention in sending me the check after I sent the claim. I'm very happy that I chose Embrace INS. Their Customer Service is excellent! So reliable! Very encouraging with their warm words by phone and e-mails. (not so much outhere these days) Thank you so much Embrace! You're impacting and making difference!

Petshealth Care Plan is SUPER!!!!!
I have been with Petshealth Care Plan for 8 years and have been totally satisfied with there service. They are always quick to respond to any claims that I have filed and also have called personally to check on our dear "Bella" when we had exstensive care recently. They are glad to answer any questions you may have. With the cost of taking care of a sick pet, it is rewarding to know that you will not have to be responsible for all of the cost involved in the care of your precious pet...Thank you Pethealth for all you do!!

Healthy Paws gets a standing ovation!
Recently, my 15 month old English Bulldog was rushed to the emergency vet for acting "off". It turns out he was getting ready to have a cluster of seizures. Overall he had around a dozen seizures. He stayed overnight in the emergency vet and then was transferred to the specialist to see a neurologist. I spare nothing for my dog, he comes before everything, but knowing that I had healthy paws behind me gave me such a sense of comfort. We all know MRI's aren't cheap, and my dog also had to stay overnight at the specialist. Healthy Paws stands by their word. They cover everything that will diagnose, treat, and care for your dog. The only thing that they don't cover is the price to walk in the door at the vet (so whatever your vet charges to see them isn't covered.) but that's IT! And lets be honest, we can spare that, but paying a $5000 isn't easy. His MRI, medication, anesthesia, overnight care, fluids, blood testing, was covered. They are honest, and informative, kind and compassionate. They are quick to process your claim and just as quick mailing your reimbursement check. I got mine within a week of when I sent it in. THAT'S BETTER THEN PEOPLE INSURANCE!! I've had healthy paws since Augie was a puppy and every claim has been seamless. We all know bull dogs have issues, they aren't the healthiest of breeds, but they cover him with no issue. I couldn't be happier with Healthy Paws and more comfortable with a company!

The staff has been very helpful, informative & pleasant - we are pleased to see a company take what they do seriously & strive to maintain transparency in their policy - be consistent in the coverage you signed up for & not blind side you with hidden fees or rate increases because your pet has had an accident. Trupanion comes through again
Great company and great service. claim checks are received prior to my credit card bills. I had VPI for 15 years and they made up their own amounts what a service should cost. Trupanion pays 90% of the claim not what they think the claim should be. Wish I found them sooner
