I have been utilizing my pet insurnace since March 2014 and haven't had any major issues. I have had to call to inquire about the status of something or inquire about specific details, all of which have been resolved quickly.

Continued Excellent Service and Coverage
We have 4 dogs covered under our Embrace insurance policy, and have had the need to make some sizable claims (for a surgical procedure and for a severe illness) in the past couple of years. We have experienced consistently good service on all our claims, including the most recent claim for our puppy's bilateral iliopsoas strain. I have even done my due diligence and compared costs and coverage with other plans my friends have recommended, and remain convinced that Embrace provides the most comprehensive coverage at a reasonable cost, along with excellent customer service.

The best out there
I've had Embrace for 5 years now. One of my dachshunds, who is only 5 years old, just had her second major surgery due to disc disease. This company is amazing. The surgery cost 3, 800.31. I received a check for 3,013.05 ten days later. They are so prompt and friendly. Putting in a claim is supper easy too. No hassles whatsoever. When my dog had her first surgery two years ago, she needed physical therapy and Embrace even covered that. I couldn't be happier. They are truly the best company out there!

Great service, great coverage
We are so grateful to Healthy Paws for providing us excellent service since the very beginning, when our puppy Henry partially tore a ligament. The customer service representatives guided us in filing our first claim, and we received our reimbursement shortly after. Henry has unfortunately had other illnesses and misfortunes, but we always felt confident that we could get the best care for him because of Healthy Paws' support. I would definitely recommend Healthy Paws to anyone who is looking for the most dependable pet insurance.
