I have had several claims with my new pup and with each one Trupanion has come through with a timely response time. They specify what is covered, how much, and when the check is mailed. Could not ask for more.

Great customer service and easy to use!
I had embrace for a little over a year before I had to actually file a claim for a sick pet. When I filed the claim I was got a response that it was received the next business day. The month that my dog was sick I was also moving into a new home and getting married so the budget had been planned out precisely and the vet bill messed up the financial planning a little. I sent an email with my concerns about how fast the claim could be possibly processed and with a great response and customer service I received my claim money within 4 business days. Great people and great company.

An absolute part of responsible pet ownership
How many of us are prepared for the unexpected? Yet with the best of intentions (hopefully) we enter into pet ownership. Our experience with our dogs has proven that pet insurance is an absolute necessity. We have a 13 year old Boston Terrier (which was not insured, I must add) that was diagnosed with Addison's Disease 7 years ago and her yearly health care costs in excess of $1700 on top of basic vaccinations and well checks. You'd think we would have learned, but upon getting our labrador retriever, we intended to get insurance but unfortunately our puppy ate a ski hat and had to have emergency surgery to remove the yarn wrapped around his intestines to the tune of $3500. Needless to say, I researched pet insurance options ASAP and Healthy Paws offered the best coverage. Our new puppy was covered at 10 weeks and just recently ingested a rock and was hospitalized for 4 days and Healthy Paws addressed our claim within 48 hours of submission, covering 80% of the costly hospitalization and IV medication. Healthy Paws has been great in processing claims for our Husky. Both surgeries for ACL repair were very expensive, close to 4K each so we were very pleased and relieved that we had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance to help us pay for his treatment.They have always paid promptly and have answered any questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend this pet insurance to anyone.

Great service!
I submitted my claim and got a quick response from Healthy Paws who told me my claim was being processed. This was a first claim for my dog so I had to wait a bit longer but it was only about 3 weeks to get reimbursed. Healthy Paws notified me on how things were progressing and emailed again after a month to check on my dog's welfare. Very happy with my choice of pet insurance!

Thank you to Healthy Paws for their courtesy and their great service. I can't believe how easy it was to file a claim, how quickly it was processed, and how fast I was reimbursed. If only my own HealthNet plan was as efficient! And then....they write to ask how my dog is doing?! Unbelievable. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering pet health insurance! They have been more than wonderful.

The claim was acknowledged by email 15 minutes after I left the vet's office at 6 p.m. At 7a.m. the next morning there was an email noting that a cheque was being sent. Incredibly fast!!!! Great customer service!!!!!

We have had consistently impressive customer service from Embrace. The staff has always been helpful and timely with responses to questions and decisions on our dog's vet visits. There's obviously a strong and professional culture at Embrace, because we've dealt with multiple representatives and always had a positive experience. You get what you pay for, and we are willing to pay a little more for pet insurance through Embrace because we feel so fortunate to be able to rely on our pet insurance company to help out when we need it. We've recommended Embrace to two friends so far and will continue to do so.
