Our family cat had a medical emergency…
Our family cat had a medical emergency and was vomiting blood and we had her covered by ASPCA. The vets were telling us it was medically necessary to keep her overnight and xray her. After providing all requested medical records which proved no prior medical issues, they flat out denied. UNBELIEVABLE! Warning do not spend you money with ASPCA or Fireman's Insurance. We need a class action against them for denying legitimate claims. I am honest and this was a medical emergency, my wife as a RN and I have EMT training a vet at 1AM saying it's an issue and them denied says enough. I'll take my pets and $1300 year premiums elsewhere.

It is worth your peace of mind!
I have had Trupanion for my Aussie since I got him as a pup (nearly 8 years). He has met his lifetime deductible in multiple conditions. I can care for him in the very best way because I have Trupanion pet insurance. This month he was diagnosed with severe GI disease and had to be scoped with biopsy’s. It was thousands of dollars. I only had to pay a few hundred to cover speciality exams and my 10%. I would never have been able to afford this type of care without pet insurance! It was just awesome to not have to worry about how much it was all going to cost. I just had to decide what was right and best for my very good boy! It gives me so much peace of mind to know we don’t have to make decisions about his care based on cost! I will say, the rules are very inflexible. Get everything you might need in the beginning! You can NOT add it on later! I did not select the alternative care option when I started my policy and now am unable to “upgrade.” And yes, the cost of the policy does increase every year, but so does the cost of veterinary care.

Healthy Paws is the Undisputed Best Pet Insurance
I have had Healthy Paws pet health insurance for almost eleven years on my beloved Shih Tzu -Spicey. A few weeks ago she was rushed to CARE Animal Hospital in Charlotte, NC for a gastrointestinal bleed. She was admitted and stayed in their exceptional care for five days. She is recovering very well. My bill for her treatment was almost $5,000. I submitted my claim to Healthy Paws via their cellphone app and within 36 hours I was reimbursed 90% per my insurance policy. The process for filing the claim was easy and quick. I was amazed at their prompt reimbursement response. Shortly after getting my reimbursement, I received an email asking how my Spicey was doing. Healthy Paws also reassured me that they would be there for any additional treatment. I can never thank them enough for providing the service that led to the best possible care for my pet. Over the years, Healthy Paws has earned my trust as a pet insurance provider. They do what they say they will do and they do it promptly.

Wow that was easy
Wow that was easy. That had to have been the easiest process I've ever used to get reimbursed for preventative and wellness checks for my dog. I entered the total amount of the invoice and uploaded a copy and in less than a week, Spot sent me back the covered portion directly to my account. Definitely recommend for the ease of access and promptness.

Good afternoon
Good afternoon, to whomever may be interested, I am leaving this note letting you know about the poor work, the mockery, the lack of consideration and respect that this insurance gives as its first offer after not covering my pet's consultation after 4 months of waiting, they decide whatever they want. I do not recommend this insurance for people with heart problems because they could have a heart attack. Very poor work with our family. They are good collectors and very bad payers. Sorry, that is my humble opinion. My experience with them is very unpleasant.

Poor communication
Poor communication. Claim 9038678 has yet to be paid. I have sent in the additional information requested and so has my Vet. I have talked on the phone to resolve but apparently that failed. I have sent info requested to another claim (9127053) because original claim was closed. Just vey poor follow up. Paying the high premium does not guarantee great service.
