From Worried Dog Owner to Satisfied Customer
"I was worried when we brought our dog to the animal hospital and were told that he would need to stay overnight and have many expensive tests run. The estimates for treatment we were given were quite high. We submitted everything to PetsBest and we received reimbursement in less than a month. I am very satisfied with the process, ease of uploading documents, communication along the way, and speed of reimbursement. We were able to focus on our dog's health and not worry about the bills."

Saved my sweet pup's life!!
I cannot adequately express how much I love Healthy Paws. My little girl has been to hell and back. TPLO. Bloat. Spinal surgery that otherwise would have left her paralyzed. Recurring monthly shots for arthritis. Tumor removal, underwater treadmill physical therapy, and a million other things, and just today a spiral fracture in her femur. Healthy Paws has paid out over $25,000, and the reimbursements always turn around in a few days. Plus the peace of mind of knowing that I'll never have to consider the cost of service if she needs it? Even for $6,000 MRIs? Priceless. I have never been so happy to pay a monthly premium. I have heard from others about their pet insurance being awful, and I always recommend Healthy Paws! I have the plan with a low deductible that covers 90% of eligible costs. It's one of the best decisions I've ever made!

It was great but I paid for 2 goats and only one is showing on my app. Other than that Christiana was to the point.

I've used Nationwide before and found them reliable, honest, understanding and helpful, so I choose to continue with them. The representative who serviced my policy was terrific, she was extremely responsive to my needs and my dog's needs.

Definitely recommend HealthyPaws to all pet parents.
I have used Healthy paws as a pet insurance provider for my multiple dogs over the past 5 years. They are efficient and yet take the time to reach out and check in with me if my pets have had a serious visit to the vet. I appreciate their thoughtfulness and will definitely recommend them as an insurance provider . I also really enjoy how easy it is to file a claim with them and their quick turnaround.

Fetch always claim pre-existing and dont pay
Fetch always claim pre-existing or known issue. It's like going on holiday and your child breaks his arm and you get a hefty bill as you have no insurance. You pay it and your child gets better and all is good. You go on holiday again and this time you get insurance and this time your child breaks his foot, but the insurance company don't pay out as they now know the child has "bones". Two different things but treatment and recovery are the same. Our dog has had VARIOUS skin issues, some are a rash on his groin a few years ago which has never come back, but recently he had bumps on his head and now a skin infection due to scratching and all claims are denied as he had an allergic reaction to something approx 4 years ago. Sick of it
