Claims are easy to submit via the app and we’ve always received reimbursement. Reimbursement comes via Zelle as well so it’s super fast. It’s good peace of mind to have the coverage for our pets and our policies are affordable.

"I had to call to cancel my beloved pet's insurance after making a claim because they sadly didn't end up making it and passed the next day. The rep I spoke with was so helpful as I asked questions sobbing. I have appreciated having Pets Best to always best try to care for my fur babies. I also appreciate the sympathy card that was sent a few weeks after. I will always remain with Pet's Best for my pet insurance provider. Called to cancel my furbabies insurance. The rep was able to work with me and get me a great plan within my budget. Have had Metlife for going on 2 years. All claims have been handled quickly. Would recommend this coverage for pet parents!
