Hartville Really Helped!
We have multiple cats and each have coverage through Hartville. When our sweet Millie had an emergency vet visit due to complications with her FeLV diagnosis, Hartville swiftly processed the claim and provided the reimbursement we needed. I’ve had other pet insurance before and Hartville is the only company to truly care and cover what is needed. Thank you Hartville!

Coverage vs Price
I changed insurnce companies from Hartville to Spot thinking I was going to save money. I'm not due to the coverage that isn't there. I am thinking seriouly of going back to Hartville due to just a few more dollars I can get better coverage.

Easy to file claims and quick processing time
Spot makes filing a claim so quick and easy! All you need to do is upload some medical records, vet notes (Spot can also request them for you, but my vet isn't the best at responding), and a brief description about your pet's condition. They have always processed my claims within a week, which I really appreciate.

Trupanion is very efficient and was easy to get answers quickly before my dog Maverick needed services. I never felt I was left in the dark. Really glad to have them as my insurance company for Maverick.

I'm very happy with Spot Pet insurance. It was very easy to submit a claim over my phone. I just had to fill out an easy form and submit my receipt. They contacted my veterinarian and got the medical records they needed. I very quickly got reimbursed.
