Was able to use Trupanian while checking out at the vet office. Like how fast the process went. I was disappointed that one pays around $40+/month for the pet insurance, and for the vet visit, Trupanion only paid around $60.

My dog unexpectedly needed a double TPLO and the coverage of the procedure was exceptional. Additionally, the vet was able to bill directly so I did not need to come up with the funds up front and wait for reimbursement.
