Thank God for Nationwide pet insurance!
Our dog just went through a terrible life threatening ordeal. By that I mean we almost lost him. Its too soon to even talk about it but I must say that Nationwide a has been with us evry step of the way. And its not over yet. But with the phone support and quick claim please payments an absolutely horrendous ordeal was made a bearable. Thank you Nationwide. When this whole ordeal is over I will write a better review, just know that they are worth every penny and really a necessity in my opinion. Thank you Nationwide

Very Impressed
The Wellness claim was faxed on Saturday and a response from Embrace was received on Monday; claim reviewed and, on Wednesday, I received notification that the claim had been paid 100% - reimbursement is being processed. As a first time owner of a pet insurance policy, I can say it's worth the money,

There is only Healthy Paws!!!
There is only Healthy Paws for my Shar Pei. There is not any other Pet Insurance plan like it. I can't say enough about this group of people that just plain care about you and most of all your pet. From the first day I got my Shar Pei, I have count less visits to the Vet, the Dermatologist, the ER and even the Surgeon. All along the these times, Health Paws was there to help. On my most recent visit to the Visit, I filed the claim at 5am and by 11am they had already processed and paid the claim for over $2800.00. In this day and age there is no other Insurance Company like Healthy Paws.

Embrace-The leader in pet insurance. Best!
We've had the insurance for over 7 years and never really thought we would ever use it. Until our dog was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, Malignant Pilomatricoma. Very few reported cases in the U.S. The aggressive cancer was caught early (thank you Dr. Patterson-VCA Hanover MA)and after multiple surgeries and specialty care from a pet Oncologist he's cancer free. Surgery and C.A.T. scans are not cheap. When I submitted claims for the first time on two occasions Embrace asked not questions and played out per our policy % in just over a week. With follow-up along the way. Couldn't ask for a better insurance partner! All insurance companies should follow your model. Thank you Embrace!

Thank you Healthy Paws!!
My little dog was having seizures. After running several test, they found that he had a shunt that was causing his blood to NOT go thru his liver to be cleaned. The toxins from his blood were causing the seizures. They were able to go in & put a divice around the shunt, that will eventually swell & close the shunt. Pretty major stuff & I'm no Dr. But all his Dr's were wonderful & I have never had pet insurance before, I have spent thousands in the past on other pets. I am so thankful for Healthy Paws, they paid on the claims immediately, they have been fantastic!!!! I highly recommend this pet insurance! They have been so wonderful & really seem to care. I'm telling all my friends with animals & recommend they sign up!!

I've been very pleased
Embrace is very easy to deal with. We chose them after our other policy was cancelled (they knew all along our dog was a Frenchie, but even after making no claims they cancelled us). Embrace has been super easy to deal with. They allow you to set up direct deposit of payments which is very convenient (and more people should do that in the US!) The ability to submit claims electronically is very easy, and they process them within a few days. From start to finish it's very quick. We've been very pleased. Knowing that 80% of our dogs recent hospitalization would be covered was a nice peace of mine. For people like me who would prefer paying out over the course of years in premiums instead of being confronted with a big huge bill all at once, Embrace is great.

Not Just Another Insurance Company
Embrace is more than an insurance company. Laura Bennett and her embracers are saving the lives of pets that might not be alive today without their financial help and sage veterinary advice. At the age of 6, my dog Pancho was diagnosed with Cushing's disease, which is normally a slow and painful death sentence for many animals. Month after month and year after year, Embrace Pet Insurance has been picking up most of the vet bills and pharmaceutical expenses that have not only saved his life, but have made his life worth living. Embrace has facilitated the timely and extensive treatments made necessary by Pancho's compromised condition. Thanks for being there when we need you most, Laura.

Very Cooperative, Excellent Experience
When processing a claim along with a pre-approval for continued treatment, it was a pleasure to work with the Embrace staff. They were very helpful in explaining what they needed from me. They were very cooperative throughout the process and approved the claim and pre-approval. I appreciate having the pre-approval process, so it's clear early on if continued treatment will be covered. It was quite a relief to have that approval first and allow us to focus on treatment and getting our dog better.
